A T-Spoon of Sugar is dedicated to finding your family the best possible candidate that fits your particular needs. We only work with nannies that we would trust with our own families. All of our nannies have a minimum of two years of professional child care experience, impeccable references, excellent communication skills, proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., and agree to undergo a national background check upon hire. Many of our nannies also have their First Aid and CPR certificate or are willing to obtain them upon your request.
