Requirements

Prior to scheduling an interview, we personally connect with every family. Understanding the work environment is a priority to ensure your comfort. Prior to filling out our online application, please examine our qualification requirements.

At least 21 years of age
A U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
At least two years of professional child care experience
Excellent communication skills

Getting Hired

Once your application has been received and reviewed, a member of our staff will contact you to schedule a face-to-face interview.

In order to be considered for employment, you must provide the following documentation:

A listed time frame of employment
At least two forms of valid identification
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Verifiable work references with names, addresses, and contact phone numbers
Written authorization for us to conduct an extensive criminal background check
