Requirements

A T-Spoon of Sugar is a child care service agency that partners families with professional nannies. There is no fee to you, and we do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, creed, color, national origin, sex, disability status, marital status, or sexual orientation.

We meet with all of our families first before sending you on an interview. A T-Spoon of Sugar feels this is important, so we are comfortable with the environment you will be working in. Our agency values what you do, and we only work with families that feel the same way. Our families offer very competitive salaries and incentives, based upon your current level of experience and qualifications.

At least 21 years of age
A U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
At least two years of professional child care experience
Excellent communication skills

Getting Hired

Once your application has been received and reviewed, a member of our staff will contact you to schedule a face-to-face interview.

In order to be considered for employment, you must provide the following documentation:

A listed time frame of employment
At least two forms of valid identification
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Verifiable work references with names, addresses, and contact phone numbers
Written authorization for us to conduct an extensive criminal background check
