Coco Willames has been in the cosmetic industry for over seventeen years. She started out as a Sales associate and worked her way to the top as a National makeup artist and Trainer to a Regional Brand Manager.  What drew her in, was establishing and maintaining the relationships with her cliental and retail partners. 

For the past eight years, she has had the privilege and joy of being a stay at home mom, and raising her son Graham.  As a single mom she has encountered the challenges of finding good professional child care, from an occasional sitter, to a full-time nanny, to extra hands around the house.  Coco has been fortunate enough to have stumbled upon great nannies that to this day, are still part of the family!  Having had those types of relationships with her nannies, she understands that the family and nanny connection is priceless.  

This is where her passion comes from when finding the right fit for the families of A T-Spoon of Sugar.  From living in the city, Coco has established the knowledge of what is needed when it comes to child care for the urban parent
