In order to be considered for employment, you must provide the following documentation:
Proof of eligibility to work in the US,
At least two forms of valid identification,
Verifiable work references with names, addresses & contact phone numbers
List the time frame of employment
Written authorization for us to conduct an extensive criminal background check
